MY SINDH IM PAKISTANI AND MY ARTICLE..... Sindh, also spelled Sind, province of southeastern Pakistan. It is bordered by the provinces of Balochistān on the west and north, Punjab on the northeast, the Indian states of Rajasthan and Gujarat to the east, and the Arabian Sea to the south. Sindh is essentially part of the Indus River delta and has derived its name from that river, which is known in Pakistan as the Sindhu. The province of Sindh was established in 1970. The provincial capital, Karāchi, is situated on the southwestern coast. Area 54,407 square miles (140,914 square km). Pop. (2006 est.) 35,864,000. The area of present-day Sindh province was the centre of the ancient Indus valley civilization, as represented by the sites of Mohenjo-daro, Amre, and Kot Diji. This early civilization existed from about 2300 to 1750 BCE. There is then a gap of more than a millennium before the historical record is renewed with Sindh’s annexation to the (Persian) Achaemenid empire under Darius I in the late 6th century BCE. Nearly two centuries later, Alexander the Great conquered the region in 326 and 325 BCE. After his death, Sindh came under the domination of the empires of Seleucus I Nicator, Chandragupta Maurya (c. 305 BCE), the Indo-Greeks and Parthians in the 3rd–2nd century BCE, and the Scythians and the Kushāns from about 100 BCE to 200 CE. Sindh’s population adopted Buddhism under the Kushān rulers in the 1st century CE. From the 3rd to the 7th century CE, the area remained under the rule of the Persian Sāsānids....... Mohtarma Fatima Jinnah

Mohtarma Fatima Jinnah (1893–1969) She was Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah's younger sister. She helped him in the struggle for the establishment of Pakistan. She left dentistry to live with her brother and support him. Her support continued for about 28 years, including the last nineteen, tiring years of his life. Through her, the Muslim women of the sub-continent were able to interview Mohammed Ali Jinnah and seek his guidance. The grateful nation give her the title of Madr-e-Millat which means 'Mother of the Nation'.

Karachi in Life

Life in Karachi ....... Karachi is the biggest city of Pakistan.It was the first capital of Pakistan. Before 1947, it was a small city with less population. The city was clean. peaceful and less crowded. the city was important for the only sea port of Pakistan. After Pakistan came into being, the population increased abruptly and now a days the population has reached about ten millions. Many factors, different industries and business increased and the city attracted the labours, business men, capitalists and others towards her. As a result a vast vacant surrounding area of the city became densely populated, without any pre-arrangement of provision of fundamental needs. So. naturally the problems of transprot, sewerage, roads, water, electric and gass supply etc., arised and the life of Karachi became potiable. Being the city densely and expensive, evry body work like a machine and they have on time to meet with each other, Every one seems to be selfish. The transport problem is so worse thar the passengers are compelled to wait for hourse, The roads are very congested and the traffic runs very roughly which causes accidents and loss of earni ng hands. Being the city expanded without plan, many problems arises. Though the government is trying her best to solve these problems, but all the problems cannot be solved in a day and without the co-operation of the citizen. Though the city is the centre of problems, but it is also the heart of the country. Karachi is called Mini-Pakistan, because the people of all the provinces live here with the zeal of brotherhood and co operation. The city has also many attractions, such as Karachi Port, Bin Qasim Port, International Air Port, Sandspit, Hawks Bay, the highest building Habib Plaza, Manora etc., which attract the foreigners .....
